Fall/Winter 2025-26 Flat Knitting Yarn Collection

The Autumn-Winter 2025-2026 yarn collections for knitwear embody the aesthetic identity and values of the Filidea and Marchi & Fildi brands. These values are rooted in the pursuit of contemporary elegance, utilizing natural and biodegradable fibers, and employing circular, low-impact production technologies.

The stylistic interpretation showcased at Pitti Filati explores the variety of reds present in the collections, ranging from incandescent, pop, and cherry tones to softer, more natural flames.

The AW 2025-26 season also highlights significant enhancements in customer service. In addition to expanding and renewing the stock service color palettes with a rich selection of classic and trending colors, there is a noticeable increase in the variety of readily available yarns. This variety is ideal for offering inspiring suggestions on the diverse applications in knitwear.

Marchi & Fildi Collection

The seasonless theme, with titles and weights suitable for carryover knitwear, is central due to the wide presence of fine and versatile blends, ideal for carefully studied layering and contemporary looks.

Cellulosic yarns, iconic elements of the brand, perfectly adapt to inter-seasonal knitwear with a current taste: Narnali, a blend of cotton and LENZING™ Modal, and Vergaio.A100, in pure LENZING™ Lyocell A100, with their soft hand and pleasant feel, are enhanced by 20 new colors in stock service, while Accademia, a pure LENZING™ ECOVERO viscose, offers great comfort and perfect fit to garments.

Among the proposals made with our Ecotec® technology for upcycling textile waste, some bestsellers with GRS certification stand out: Matisse, a blend of viscose, Ecotec® cotton, wool and polyacrylic, and Lambada, Ecotec® cotton and polyacrylic with a micro boucle effect, ideal for the seasonal homage to Tweed atmospheres.

Filidea Collection

The collection is imbued with the brand’s distinctive elements and values: a preference for certified natural fibres and biodegradable blends, fashion sensitivity towards refined and contemporary knitwear, attention to the performance aspects of yarns, and environmental sustainability and circularity of the production cycle.

The collection’s premium mood is expressed in the new entry, Charles, a refined blend that combines 20% GCS-certified cashmere with American Supima cotton GOTS, featuring thin and extra-long fibres that make it exceptionally resistant to pilling and wear. Following its success in the weaving collection, Charles debuts in knitwear with a colour palette of 54 shades aligned with the seasonal trend, and joins the range of cashmere blends represented by Selene and Cleopatra, both blends of GOTS-certified organic cotton and cashmere.

The timeless winter blends of organic cotton and extra-fine merino, Woolcot GOTS and Oliver OCS, both RWS-certified, are available with a new colour palette. Thanks to their balanced composition, which combines the natural properties of wool and cotton, they allow for the creation of comfortable and breathable trans-seasonal items. Regarding Woolcot, Oliver, and Cleopatra, an important innovation is the extension of available yarn counts for gauges 7 and 5, perfect for soft and voluminous knitwear.

The range of knitwear articles based on Cupro, a winning intuition of Filidea, is also reconfirmed with new colour palettes. These yarns stand out for their original combinations with very feminine aspects and sleek, lustrous hands: Oleg, an RCS-certified blend in Bemberg™ Cupro and GCS cashmere, with particular brilliance, and Scott, in Bemberg™ Cupro combined with RWS extra-fine merino.
